Rising Sea-Levels OK, Waterworld has it’s first sportscar.

I have to say, this is a sweet sweet ride for the 2012 set (the non-zombie infected ones with gold bars to trade as global markets have collapsed). This all electric submersible whip by Rinspeed might only be a concept car, but it works!

Able to reach depths of up to 10 meters, float, and drive it’s self! Expect to see this in the next Bond/Borne/TransporterIII movie.

All Demos must be sent on floppy!

OMG!!! Every band I’m ever in, from here on out, will be brining these to our merch table. These little baby’s happen to be CDR’s printed and cut to look like 3.5″ floppies.

The nostalgia/geek factor is super high, but so is the price. $14 each for the privilege. And you can forget about using it any slot-loading drive, so that counts me and my 3 macs right out :(

Cute Series USB Drives Part A

peguin

These are dark days, guys…but look! look! look! how cute! … and it will only get cuter. Ah how the sun rises from my shitty work PC, under the soft florescent glow, when I look at thee, my cute USB.

Penguin/Linux inspired USB Thumb Drive.

Its finally feels like winter (in Philadelphia at least) and these little guys are quite fashionable.

Its kind of creepy how the head peels back.

Ipod mod makes your DAP a gameboy, no word on pong playability.

Mysterious Etsy seller has modded out an old school Nintendo Gameboy for your ipod Nano Mini. Apparently you can control the ipod with the controller buttons. Pretty…Pretty, as in the words of the Great Tyrant. via Boing Boing.

PSP-esque gaming phone by Sony Ericsson?

Despite the fact I haven’t touched my PSP in months (I am just a DS type of girl). Sony Ericson released the above sketch of the gaming phone to tantalize the public. Looks pretty cool too me, as long as it doesn’t end up being too thick and clunky. The rotating screen (similar to the PSP design) and gamer friendly buttons looks “OK” at best. This is just a sketch, so hopefully this will improve and become rad and sleek.

Artist edition flash drives are to geeks as - solid print hoodies are to hiphop

Neither will help you with the ladies, but both add the smug glow of self satisfaction. For the life of me i can’t find an excuse to buy either, but i want them so so badly. get your art-drives at Mimoco

Mom, this is what you should have gotten me for my birthday.

nerv
This has been kicking around for a while, but I still don’t have one, so i’m writing about it now. If you never watched Evangelion then this won’t mean anything to you, but every anime geek has this on their christmas list. How fast would this get stolen from your cubicle at work? Fast, but your IT coworkers shake down easy. backorderd: $32
