So our friend Justin (make a rising) is Ninja Warrior obsessed. He first saw the series when he was back in Japan working for his uncle after high school, but more recently he built his own climbing wall and training obstacles in their West Philly warehouse. The last time we atempted to build a Sweat Lodge, it didn’t turn out so great. Here’s a prime example of how to get started.
